If you would like to be part of an exciting journey, apply today Elite Associates is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their New York team with exceptional industry knowledge within Recruitment preferably with experience. Job Title: Recruitment Consultant As a Recruitment consultant you will need to understand & match the needs of both the client & candidates, providing a high quality level or service and meeting KPIs & targets set. Your main responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant are as follows: Proactively achieve all set minimum sales targets and KPI's Develop a solid client and candidate base to generate revenue Proactively business development through building your network of connections, face 2 face, telephone, email and via social media Manage client accounts - proposal documents and tenders with assistance of Manager, negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy issuing terms of business and filing accordingly Present confidently, knowledgeably and articulately having prepared fully for every client presentation Candidate control - Interview feedback, review progress and performance in interview Pre-screen candidates before their interview for suitability and conduct face to face interviews Provide interview advice and coaching on interview skills/skills testing, preparation and presentation. Spec CVs / Market candidates Search / Shortlist high quality CVs in line with the job requirements Provide full information to candidates on clients and job spec and additional specifics about the role, salary and benefits Client Management responsibilities - Develop a positive and productive relationship with clients and encourage repeat business and loyalty/exclusivity on roles Take accurate job brief, attain job spec, salary banding, bonus and benefits Provide market knowledge for your clients e.g.: Salary bench-marking if requested, candidate pool, spec in superstar candidates, industry activity update Working to deadlines; internal and external Accurate and professional emails sent to clients and candidates Write and place effective advertisements on website, external job boards and press.
