We are seeking a candidate that has first class customer service and administration skills. The successful candidate will be looking to join a company that really values its employees coupled with this he or she will enjoy working with a great team of people in a fun and friendly environment.

This varied and exciting roles involves the following duties:-

Customer Service including:- • Answering phone calls regarding sales and general enquiries • Maintaining customer database • Generating invoices for equipment sales, maintenance and new installations • Use direct debit software. • Taking credit card payments and putting payments into their database.
Sales Administration • Generating information packs • Liaising with wholesalers for setting up customers on electronic ordering • Liaising with wholesaler sales personnel regarding new installations
Technical Support • liaising with Hardware regarding pre installation scanners • liaising with customers, engineer and technical support regarding installation of systems
The Person
• Proven track record in customer service and administration. • Knowledge of finance desirable • Professional, in manner, approach, appearance, and confident • Excellent communicator (verbal, written and listening skills) • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to multitask • Strong work ethic, requires high standards of self, able to be flexible in order to get the job done, able to work under pressure when deadlines approach • Think creatively and make suggestions • Strong team values • Hard working and committed, with a sense of humour
