MDR/Complaints Specialist

Medtronic - Mansfield, MA

1 year with a possibility to extend



1 Evaluates incoming complaint information and maintains it in the electronic database.
2 Determines reportability (MDR/AE) of complaints to FDA and other international regulatory agencies.
3 Works closely with customers and sales representatives to respond to complaint reports.
4 Closely monitors quality, completeness and timeliness of complaint investigations and files.
5 Reviews, tracks, trends, analyzes and reports on complaint data to Management and other departments as needed.
6 Works with cross functional teams to ensure proper communication and evaluation/investigation of customer issues.
7 Participates in team decision making and displays team problem solving/communication skills.
8 Complies with all health, safety and environmental policies.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



Education preferred: BS in clinical/medical, engineering or science



Experience: 1-3 years in related medical business

Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Regulatory and Quality/Complaint Management skills

Skills/Competencies: Customer focused, data entry and analysis; Basic understandings of

industry practices and standards; Other Skills: MS Office Suite, Excellent written and verbal communication Advertised through Zoek.
