Seymour Recruitment Services Ltd are seeking to recruit a Sales Order Processor to work for our South Nottingham based clients to cover a 12 month maternity contract. This role will be directly employed by clients.

Our client offers a great working environment, coupled with free parking and excellent transport links around Nottingham.

Salary will based on experience and ranges from GBP15,000 to GBP16,500 dependent upon experience.

Working within a busy sales office, the main purpose of this role will be.

*Process orders received via the website and customer facing portals.

*Being responsible for processing all orders received via the website and customer facing portals.

*Importing Orders & processing orders

*Sanity checking to ensure customer details and pricing is correct

*Updating systems with relevant delivery dates

*Updating customers where applicable

*Liaising with internal departments to ensure product codes are established

*Updating of spread-sheets

You must possess..

*Literacy and numeracy

*Computer literacy

*Interpersonal skills, appreciation of good internal and external customer service behaviour

*Organisation and planning

*Highly PC literate and a good knowledge of MS Office
