Our client is an established, successful and well known vehicle rental company looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprentice to join their small but friendly team. The role includes welcoming customers, managing returned vehicles, resolving any issues, liaising with other departments including drivers and arranging delivery of cars. You will accurately record paperwork associated with rental, therefore attention to detail is essential.

You will need to have a confident, outgoing personality, an excellent telephone manor and be a good team player. You will be dealing with customers face to face as well as on the telephone therefore it is essential you are smart and well presented.

This role is working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, you must also be willing to work some Saturdays for which you will be given a day off in the week.

The starting salary is GBP3.60 - GBP3.70 per hour, the company will review your salary throughout your apprenticeship.

With the Apprenticeship in Customer Service or Business Administration you will be undertaking a formal government funded qualification, your Tutor / Assessor will take you through your training. Once your 12-month course is completed you will have gained a Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service or Business Administration and if you haven't gained a C or above at GCSE in Maths, English and ICT you will able to gain a Level 1 in Functional Skills in these subjects. This is funded by the Apprenticeship scheme and we have funding available for ages between 16 and 24.
