A Local Home Improvements Company is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their telemarketing department.
Applicants must have experience in a sales environment, preferably via telecommunications, although full training and product knowledge will be provided.
Hourly Rate + Excellent Commissions (Dem Rate and Business Percentage) + Incentives
40 hours per week, NO WEEKENDS
Generating interest and booking appointments.
* Advising existing or prospective customers on home improvements.
* Influencing customers to book an appointment for one of our designers to visit them in their own home by following a prepared script.
* Maintaining database by logging call records.
* Maintaining product knowledge by attending training during working hours.
* Contributing to team effort by achieving results as needed.
All candidates must be driven by results and have a motivation for sales.
Must be able to recognise customer needs and possess skills in persuasion, objection handling and customer service whilst maintaining professionalism.
Must have the ability to consistently maintain a positive attitude and high energy level.
