Job Title: Inside Sales Advisor

Location: Huthwaite, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17

Salary: GBP20,000 + Commission

Our client is one of the world's leading suppliers of Rehabilitation and Medical products, distributing a comprehensive product portfolio to hospitals and local authorities, private therapists, mobility shops, high street retailers, pharmacies, internet traders and International distributors.

An opportunity has arisen for an individual who has a passion and desire to kick start their career within a Sales environment and join the growing Inside Sales Team at the company's Head Office based in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.

Job Role:

The Inside Sales Team Advisor's role is to generate income through the development of relationships with new and existing customers. This specialised growing team conducts multi-channel outbound campaigns drawing upon its product knowledge, resilience and creativity to match each customer needs with the extensive product catalogue to achieve demanding growth targets.

Key responsibilities include:

* Engage customers to create and maintain sustainable customer relationships to deliver sales growth to meet and exceed targets
* Promote the company's brands and channels at every opportunity, communicating related products and promotions to maximise order value.
* Extract and manipulate data from company systems to identify opportunities for customer account growth.

Job Role:

They are looking for creative, outgoing individual with an interest in sales, business and marketing. Applicants should have previous experience of customer account management, engagement and growth in a business to business environment.

Successful candidate will:

* Be excellent team player, dynamic and energetic, with the ability to engage and communicate with customers and colleagues at all levels.
* Utilise active listening and negotiation skills to assess customer needs to achieve sales targets.
* Demonstrate effective time management to meet team and customer deadlines.
* Have solid Microsoft literacy with experience of extracting and manipulating data using relevant formulae.
