An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join our division in Grimsby.

About The Role:
The HR Manager is pivotal in driving the HR business partnering model to ensure that HR provides proactive, strategic and operational support across the business. You will be involved in delivering the implementation and alignment of initiatives and policies across the business to enhance organisational effectiveness.
The HR Manager will need to be a strong generalist with employment law knowledge who is able to hit the ground running and make an impact. Typically 80% operational and 20% project work with challenges including; volume, getting the basics right, putting policies and procedures in place and enhancing manager capability.
The HR Manager will proactively manage the day to day HR advice requests, Support and lead team to proactively manage ER casework; disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, etc. They will advise colleagues on best practice & procedure, along with actively working and leading on HR projects. The HR manager will revise, develop and implement HR policies and processes on an ongoing basis.
This is an exciting position for someone who wants a 'hands on' generalist HR Management position in a fast paced environment which offers opportunity for development.

- Previous HR experience at a manager level gained within a commercial environment
- Ideally experienced in the Food, FMCG or Manufacturing Sector
- Current knowledge of Employment Law and best practice
- Experience of delivering successful HR & OD projects
- Experience of supporting major organisation change
- Supervisory experience together with established coaching skills
- CIPD qualification level 5 or similar
