We aim to make sure that every member of Priory staff is supported to deliver the best outcomes for our students. To this end, we are seeking to appoint a professional, confident and highly organised person to join our Human Resources Department. You will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance across the Priory Federation of Academies Trust.
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for delivery of a full range of human resource services including recruitment, terms and conditions of employment, and advice on policies, procedures and legislation. Other responsibilities will include managing support staff training for the Trust.
A strong customer focus and good communication skills are essential for this role and recent and relevant experience of working within an educational environment is desirable.
Applicants should have proven experience of working within an HR Team, qualifications to CIPP
Level 3, high-order administration and accuracy skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. The successful candidate will need to have a full, valid UK driving licence and the use of a car as travelling between Academies is required.
