Office Administrator

C£9.00 ph (30 hours per week)

Louth, Lincolnshire

 

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator, a good all rounder, to join a prestigious cleaning company, based in Louth. Working as part of a growing, friendly team you will have strong administration experience and organisational skills. You will be confident using Excel and enjoy a multi-functional role where your own skills will be appreciated. This role is working within a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Your main duties will include:

  • Purchasing and invoicing
  • Inputting of wages
  • Inputting information onto Excel including formatting
  • To assist with general administration duties for the business
  • Deal with incoming calls efficiently
  • Checking and offloading of deliveries
  • Assisting with job advertising and conducting references
  • Dealing with staff visiting the office in a professional manner
  • Diary management
  • Ensuring the office is maintained and resourced

 

 

You will be:

  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A good sense of humour and an all-round team player
