Excellent opportunity to join a leading UK manufacturer of bespoke steel doors and other security products.

Main Purpose of the Job: To provide administration support to the installation Supervisor and Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

- Preparation of site packs
- Organising Deliveries to site
- Booking Accommodation
- Managing monthly stock control
- Preparation and admin of company credit card expenditure
- Provide assistance with the weekly and monthly department reports
- Organise the maintenance of company vans
- The job holder will do all tasks within his/her level of skill and ability

Essential Skills:

- Good standard of general education including Math's and English
- Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent organisational skill
- Good attention to detail
- Team player
- Must be confident with an out going personality
