This is a brand-new opportunity to work for a busy and growing FMCG company with a reputation for going the extra mile to get work done. They have just been awarded a huge amount of new business and are looking for an ambitious and forward thinking administrator to join them in supporting the very busy and active sales team.

The position is based in Boston, permanent and the hours are full time.

The Job

Supporting the Sales team you will be responsible for the following:

- Processing Orders
- Setting up new account information
- Updating any product changes
- Talking to the Sales Team / Customers / Production
- Letter writing
- Attending meetings
- Updating progress reports
- Producing KPI reports
- Answering the team
- Chasing orders and Liaising between all departments
