Our client requires a part time Accounts Administrator to cover Maternity Leave, based in North Hykeham, Lincoln. The role will include basic book keeping activities, working with sales and purchase ledgers and running calculations to ensure that records and payments are correct.

Expectations:
• Good knowledge and experience of Sage 50
• Good numeracy and IT skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Previous experience in an accounting role
• Open and relaxed personality with a good work ethic
• Would hold or be working towards an AAT certificate or related accountancy qualification

Duties and Responsibilities:
• You will work with three companies records
• Invoicing, posting payments
• Sending out customer statements and entering in the journals
• Duties will also include some credit control
• Excel spreadsheet maintenance
• Answering the phone, emails and letters, liaising with suppliers and customers as needed
• Filing, good record keeping
• Assist with manual and online payments including cheques and Bacs
• Budgeting
