12 Month Fixed Term Contract - 25 hours per week

Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for a HR Shared Services Trainee Administrator on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Boston.

The HR Department is looking for an enthusiastic HR Shared Services Trainee Administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed term basis to support the HR Shared Services Team.

Ideally, you will have: -

  • Either experience or a desire to start a career in Human Resources
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong numeracy skills and good working knowledge of Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Efficient and well-organised with good administration and planning skills
  • Act with professionalism, discretion and sensitivity
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude
