We are seeking an experienced Aircrew Equipment Assemblies (A.E.A) Supervisor to support the A.E.A Team based at dual site of RAF Cranwell/RAF Barkston Heath. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to contribute to the ongoing design, implementation and delivery of our A.E.A services at RAF Cranwell and RAF Barkston Heath. Affinity Flying Services are contracted as the Fixed Wing Service Provider under the UKMFTS PFI Contract. We will provide Aircraft to be used by the Military to deliver Elementary Flying Training (EFT) and Multi Engine Flying Training with both EASA and MAA Part M and Part 145 approvals across multiple sites. Experience required: - RAF Survival Equipment Course or civilian equivalent; - Holding Q-SE-AC-RAF or AvMedSE qualification and have experience of sizing and fitting AEA; - Experience of AEA and SE Maintenance; - Experience of RAF Flying Operations; - Full UK Driving Licence is essential. Qualifications and Skills: - Good working knowledge of AEA Equipment, technical publications and procedures; - Technically competent with good analytical/problem solving skills; - Able to work as part of a small team; - Supports a culture of high performance, promoting best practices at all times; - Reliable Time Management and an ability to meet deadlines is essential; - Civilian or Military experience within Trade; - Detailed understanding of all Civil and Military Airworthiness Safety Regulations - Proficient ICT Skills experience e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook is desirable; - Excellent written and oral communication;
