The Company: Branded and retailer-label manufacturer Expanding business with further growth plans Investment planned - As well as a brand known throughout the UK, this company produces high quality products for most of the major retailers. - This company is growing, both organically and through acquisition. - Major changes are planned; investment in CapEx projects and Continuous Improvement The Role: Challenging Maintenance Management / Project Management Strong leadership - Due to the fast-paced nature of this environment and the requirement for change, the challenge will be to engage the team. - You will drive improvements in the maintenance of site's machinery and site services, and also manage a number of key projects to expand and upgrade the production facility. - Holding people accountable, driving performance and change management are some of the things that will require strong leadership. The Candidate: Food / FMCG manufacturing experience Engineering Management experience Engaging management style - Ideally, you will have experience of working in a very fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
