Payroll and HR Administrator Location: Fosdyke, PE12 6LQ Salary: Competitive The role is full time working Monday – Friday About the company Our client is a privately owned farming business that grows vegetables, salads and flowers for Tesco and Waitrose. Using expertise and experience they aim to generate the best supply chains for all our products. Duties of the Payroll and HR Administrator: Management of the Time and Attendance system. Full accountability for processing the fortnightly payroll and relevant reporting requirements. To execute the fortnightly absence management process including long term sick case management. Working closely with the HR Manager to support or manage recruitment campaigns as required. Supporting agency audits. Management of the Occupational Health process. HR KPI reporting and analysis responsibilities. Requirements of the Payroll and HR Administrator: Previous experience in a similar role Experience using Sage would be beneficial Be able to communicate clearly across all levels of the business. Have an approachable and professional manner.
