Dobson UK is an established landscape maintenance company and has a vacancy for an experienced Accounts Administrator who has relevant experience in accounting using Sage 50. Requirements: The successful candidate should have enthusiasm and as well as becoming a team player in the office. Candidates should be competent in using computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with the system Sage is essential. Duties: The successful candidate will be trained and will be raising daily invoices, credit control, purchase orders, submit VAT returns, bank reconciliations, sales/purchase ledger work and prepare year end accounts. Update fleet insurances, hire of plant and equipment, prepare timesheets and leave entitlements for payroll. As a result the ability to organise and manage time is essential for processing the workload. Furthermore professional communications skills are vital to the role as the candidate will be representing the company to its clients via the phone and emails. Hours of Work: 9:30 - 3.00 Mon - Fri
