Are you a passionate Digital Marketer? Experian, are looking for 2 Digital Marketing Executives to join our growing marketing team.
This is a great opportunity as you will work for Experian UK&I SME business, which is a rapidly growing self-contained area within the Experian organisation. Marketing is an integral part of the business function.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with key marketing and business stakeholders. You will be accountable for managing and delivering a variety of digital initiatives and projects. You will also be responsible for specific revenue objectives (aligned to acquisition & conversion targets) across our proposition portfolio, primarily focused on new customer growth.
We're looking for someone who is creative and confident. In order to succeed in this role, you will be self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to quickly adapt in a changing, complex environment. You will also demonstrate initiative by providing analysis, insight and recommendations for growth and optimisation across marketing channels.
Key responsibilities will include:
Manage and deliver digital marketing plans to help drive awareness, trial, purchase & penetration of our propositions Support improvement in design, usability, content and conversion points of the SME Business Units digital presenceBe responsible for digital projects; such as improving the online customer experience and conversion rate optimisation - for example carrying out A/B testing, user testing, creative testing, amending web pages etcSupport the management of acquisition channels - for example PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic etcProvide regular reports on traffic, visitors, acquisition, conversion, trends and market insight to continually inform business decisions, improve marketing planning and achieve growth objectivesBe responsible for content on marketing pages - including product, landing, acquisition & conversion pagesLiaise with stakeholders & agencies to ensure objectives are achieved to deadline & budget, and delivered to best practiceReview and advise on implementing changes to optimise customer journeys across the online ecosystem. Develop understanding of visitor behaviour & implement changes to meet business needs, i.e. leads or online salesDevelop strategies and campaigns to improve organic visibility of our content to drive awareness of Experian SMEIdentify and build relationships with relevant media partnerships to drive industry specific traffic to Experian SMESupport the Digital Marketing Manager with projects and regular tasks, such as budget processes

Requirements for the role:
Essential:
Degree level or equivalentPaid digital promotions and paid social experience/knowledgeExperience in Search Engine, Social and Affiliate Marketing Proficient in Google Analytics Google Tag Manager experienceAdvanced experience in Excel Able to produce actionable insight from channel or campaign data and implement recommendations

Desirable:
Relevant CIM or digital qualification HTML and CSS working knowledge Experience in A/B split testing and landing page creation Google AdWords/Analytics accreditation Best practice SEO and keyword research knowledge Knowledge of programmatic display Conversion Rate Optimisation Photoshop Experience
