Experian UK&I SME are looking for a highly motivated B2B Marketing Sales Account Manager, to work in our regulated business to business call centre in New Ollerton, Newark, where free parking is provided.
You will be responsible for supporting the growth of the company by renewing existing customers marketing actitivy . This will be done by a combination of Outbound & Inbound (B2B) calls & emails to promote and sell Experian Business Express Marketing products to existing customers. In addition you will be required to identify additional revenue opportunities to increase customer penetration through adopting a needs based selling approach and matching relevant products to Customer needs. You will also be required to feed into the overall contact stragegy.
Experian UK&I SME division are a dynamic and exciting area of Experian which sits within the Small to Medium size Enterprise sales community. Core hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Our office doesn't have a typical contact centre feel, we ensure our people have space in our open plan office, feel empowered and have time to develop.
Your core responsibilities:
Responsible for own database via our internal CRM systemAccountable for achieving weekly and monthly KPI's, including call stats, in line with the overall business objectivesUnderstand customer's needs through open conversation and active listeningSuccessfully handle objections whilst remaining professional and politeProactively gathers and records intelligence to increase the quality of information held on prospectsResponds to new registrations on the B2B marketing website, proactively contacting potential customers to gather their requirementsPlays an active part in ad hoc campaigns aimed at growth of customer baseProactively improves knowledge of the market place by keeping up to date with changes and research

About you:
Previous experience in an account management/sales & marketing role with proven track record of successAbility and desire to sell & support in a consultative styleMust have a positive, tenacious approach in customer education & supportExcellent communication skills and the ability to be able to demonstrate web-based products over the phoneDemonstrated resilience and the ability to overcome objectionsA high degree of self-motivation, ambition and a real drive to succeedGood level of numeracy and literacyExcellent interpersonal skills
