An outstanding opportunity:-

A global consumer products business with a $40 million turnover is looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Administrator to join its expanding European division and influence further growth to its GBP2m turnover.

Enjoying a picturesque setting on the outskirts of Mansfield you will enjoy a varied role critical to supporting the European Director and

the International Sales Manager.

With your positive, cheerful demeanour you'll be the first point of customer contact and you'll ensure the office runs smoothly whilst also working with customers by providing a comprehensive customer care service:-

?? Completing spec sheets

?? Sending product images and artwork

?? Arranging samples for customers

?? Processing orders, creating sales confirmations, raising pro-forma invoices

?? Creating sales confirmations & raising sales orders and invoices

?? Ensuring customer details are updated on the company's operating system

?? You will 'Own' the Order Management Processes:

?? Processing orders/creating sales confirmations/raising pro-forma invoices

?? Checking stock/customer pricing

?? Releasing orders and liaising with the Dutch warehouse on the shipments

?? Invoicing

Your variety of daily tasks will include other ad hoc tasks required to help the Europe team deliver sustained growth and excellent customer service.

This supporting role will include implementing strategic marketing plans strategy and developing promotional flyers and other marketing materials so an eye for design and excellent communication skills will certainly help but aren't essential.

Naturally you'll have a good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc). You may have an eye for design too;

Your acumen will recognise that this position is crucial to helping deliver business growth and excellent customer service and your skills to multi-task and prioritise will work in tandem with your ability to motivate yourself and use your own initiative;

You'll be proud of your fastidious attention to detail and your written and spoken English language will be of a high standard;

You'll have a professional and energetic approach to delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.
