Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Location: Grantham

Hourly Rate: GBP8.65 per hour + Holiday pay

Hours of Work: 8am to 4.30pm - 40hours per week

Length of Assignment - Maternity cover - 14 months.

The Company

Manpower is working in partnership with a well-established construction company with over 50 years' experience within the construction industry. They offer a wide range of services across various sectors. They have in circa of 1500+ employees across the various sectors.

As a Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:-

*Employee allocations for monthly salary run
*Weekly reporting of hours worked/paid with trend analysis
*Weekly recording of fuel & mileage used by staff & operatives
*Weekly reporting & trend analysis of fuel/mileage
*New starter, leaver & details change form processing
*Maternity/paternity/lodge processing
*Collation of various records in relation to operatives working
*Assistance with holiday & sickness records
*Assistance with ID card records
*Logging & tracking expenses requests
*Answer telephone calls and handle queries that arise
*Keep a comprehensive filing systems up to date
*Submit regular returns to Head Office & liaise with colleagues as necessary
*Assist department heads with the day to day running of the contract.

Skills needed to be successful in this role

*Excellent communication skills
*High standard of Microsoft Office skills with ability to create reports/documents
*Able to prioritise workload accordingly
*Able to work well as part of team as well as on own initiative
*Full driving license with ability to travel across region if required
