SAP Information Delivery & Web Solutions Integrator (Job ID: 37704)    

The SAP Information Delivery & Web Solutions Integrator will report to the SAP Enterprise Lead, this position is part of the Big Data/Analytics Operations Team and Applications Services Team, responsible for liaison between Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers to support Phillips 66 SAP Business Warehouse and Business Consolidation Systems and .NET applications for Refining, Marketing & Commerical BU's in Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific (EMEAP).

Responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating operational problems and oversee resolution; escalating highly visible, broad impact issues.
  • Performing as a technical expert for Business Analysts, and provide deep understanding of the business processes for the Solution Architects.
  • Coordinating work with off-shore resources and US based teams on solution delivery and support, following Phillips 66 standards and best practices.
  • Use Phillips 66 change management processes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Working with Business Analysts and users to identify and evaluate enhancement work requests and projects.
  • Coordinating with US based and/or offshore developers for the assessment/estimate, schedule and development of EMEAP solutions; and the addition of users for the test and implementation of solutions for enhancement work requests and projects.
  • Working with Big Data/Analytics teams and Applications Services Team to ensure quality support of solutions.
  • Keeping up-to-date with developments and advancements in reporting tools and applications and communicate to the EMEAP organisation.
  • Performing as a Solution Integrator centre of excellence to drive consistency and best practice for EMEAP


  • Legally authorized to work in the UK.
  • A relevant degree or relevant broad IT experience may compensate for missing qualifications.
  • Proven track record of working in a Business Warehouse (BW) production support environment with the ability to solve both back-end and front-end (BEx Analyzer) technical and data issues.
  • Experience working with relational databases with basic SQL and stored procedure development knowledge.
  • Understanding of stack/.NET application architecture and design.
  • Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Ability to work under rigid time constraints during the Financial Closing Cycles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with Key Users/Subject Matter Experts to promote use of business based expertise and efficient and effective enhancement/Functional Integration Testing.
  • Good understanding of schedule, resource allocation and team dynamics.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Business focused and able to communicate effectively & collaborate with all organisation levels.

Preferred Skills:

The preferred candidate will also have an understanding of:

  • Data Warehouse principles.
  • Knowledge and experience of the SAP environment and data in the SAP modules.
  • Experience using BW/BI Reporting tools which include BOBJ toolset (Crystal Reports/WEBI/Analysis for OLAP, Analysis for Office/SAP Lumira) and Tableau reporting tool.
  • Knowledge of data management standards, processes and technologies.
  • Experience with SAP BW security.
  • Microsoft .NET 4.0 and 4.5 frameworks.
  • Experience in web or desktop application development and support using: Visual Studio ASP .NET, C#, XML, JavaScript, CSS, HTML or other object-oriented language.
