Employer Engagement Advisor, East Mids A leading Training Provider of Apprenticeships is looking to an Employer Engagement Advisor to join their team in the East Midlands. This is a full time permanent position, where you will be based from home, managing your own diary. Main Purpose of Job: To undertake the learner recruitment process Enhance the volume of learner recruitment for government and commercial funded learning Optimise the generation of Apprenticeship Vacancies and Short Courses Generate new business opportunities in line with organisation requirements Key attributes and skills: - Ability to communicate at all levels within a business. - Ability to motivate yourself and manage your own diary. - Target driven Essential skills and Qualifications required: Previous knowledge of candidate recruitment process Organisational skills and a sound attention to details For all candidates it is essential that you have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and manage your own time.
