Job Title: - Full time Finance Assistant Location:- Lincoln Salary/ benefits:- £18,000 per annum Key Skills:- Advanced Excel skills, organisation skills, analytical skills, to be PC proficient and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Applications The Business: Maloy and Flynn are working on behalf of a well established online consumable multi- channel company. The company focuses on the customer and ensures that all the customers needs are met. This is a fast growing business with a lot of opportunities. The Candidate: The type of person this business requires is as follows: - You must have imperative advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience especially with V. Lookups, Pivot Tables and Reporting. - You must have experience within the finance industry ideally bank reconciliations - Accountancy qualifications ideally AAT level 3 - You must have the ability to work methodically and in a structured way - You need good systems experience - Need to be able to work on a variety of tasks at once - Duties and Responsibilities: - - Stock Management - including the ordering of stock - Supplier relations - Daily and Monthly bank reconciliation - Monthly reconciliation of e-commerce platforms - The review and reconciliation of key nominal ledger accounts, preparation of month end journals - Analysing of financial data and payments - To provide financial administration - Other adhoc responsibilities when requested - Due to the high volume of applications we receive if you have not heard from us within 7 days then your application has been unsuccessful.
