Marketing and Outreach Manager
The University of Lincoln Students' Union The Students' Union is an independent body affiliated to the National Union of Students and supports students in both academic and non-academic experiences; whilst working closely with the University and local community. Student leaders are elected by students, and supported by the staff's expertise delivering services and represent student needs. The Marketing and Outreach Position This role will manage the market research function, develop consultation networks, and evaluate and analyse data to develop insightful and creative outreach activity. The role will seek to increase engagement with the Students' Union and its representatives, through the management of exciting and informed campaigns, events and advertising materials. Key responsibilities include: - producing statistical reports on engagement and reach and make recommendations to improve the function of the department to enhance how the Union communicates to stakeholders and members. - be responsible for creating and promoting outreach opportunities, facilitating Student Leader conversation with members and analysing event interaction - regularly review visual activity, ensuring that it is innovative and dynamic, including monitoring its engagement with members.
