The University of Lincoln Students' Union The Students' Union is an independent body affiliated to the National Union of Students and supports students in both academic and non-academic experiences; whilst working closely with the University and local community. Student leaders are elected by students, and supported by the staff's expertise delivering services and represent student needs. The Student Insight Co-ordinator Position This role will develop and deliver a number of new and existing student opportunities including student recruiters and reviewers, which serve to allow staff and students to work together to enhance the experience of students at the University of Lincoln. This role will work in partnership with the Students' Union and the University to deliver effective opportunities, and will be accountable to a steering group which is attended by both partners. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and implement Academic Opportunities; including liaising with the Web Development team to integrate academic opportunities into the Students' Union Management System (SUMS) where appropriate. - Academic Opportunities Service Delivery; including be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination and leading on the promotion of academic opportunities. - Academic Opportunities Strategic Direction; including gathering feedback from participants to develop academic opportunities and undertaking a regular review of each academic opportunity. - General duties; including supporting, managing and training the Student Insight Assistant and supporting the Student Voice department as and when required.
