Due to significant growth we are now looking to recruit two Business Development Executives to work internally alongside the Business Development Manager. The Role The primary role of the Business Development Executives is to support the external Business Development Manager to achieve an annual gross profit target from customers within the automotive sector. Your focus will be generating revenue through the sale of the ERW precision tubes, promoted primarily through phone and email to new and existing customers. These are office based internal sales roles, requiring excellent sales and customer service skills and the ability to maximise the use of the companies AS400 computer system to record all customer information and activity. The Candidates: The right people will have a willingness and ability to learn quickly and a strong “can do” attitude. You must possess knowledge and experience of sales within the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills. You have the desire and ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal colleagues. Strong planning and organisational skills are also required for this role, as well as being committed to working in a team orientated environment.
