We have an opportunity for an Operations Administrator to work within a large company based in Annesley. As an Operations Administrator you will be required to ensure the Warehouse is running smoothly by providing management information and help with productivity. You will be reviewing orders for completeness and have communication between staff and clients.

THE ROLE
As a Operations Administrator you will provide support for inbound and outbound functions of the warehouse. This means you will have direct contact with clients, suppliers and transportation. This Administrative role will also allow you to carry out daily Admin roles such as the conducting audits, producing paperwork for clients and preparing reports.

REQUIREMENTS
For this position you will need to have excellent communication skills and have great problem solving skills which means you will always be looking for ways the company can improve. We also need you to have good computer skills as you will be spending a lot of time working on systems and producing reports.

HOURS AND SALARY
This position as an Operations Administrator will be required to work shifts which are 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00. The hourly rate is GBP6.79.
