As a 260 recruiter, you will be involved in aspects of the business from new business generation, interviewing, and placing the right candidates in the right job. You must be a well organised and outgoing individual with the ability to work in a busy environment. In addition you must be well presented, trustworthy and have the ability to build strong rapport with clients. With a warm desk to start with, this is a customer focused role, visiting clients face to face as well as maintaining relationships over the phone. Recruitment experience is not essential as training can be given. Duties may include but not be limited to: - Cold calling applicants and potential clients - Writing adverts - Negotiating terms of business - Short listing and interviewing applicants - Matching applicants to clients and vacancies Recruitment is 100 miles an hour at times, so you need to be able to prioritise your work load and manage your time efficiently to keep to appointments and not let your day run away with you. With an eye for detail you need strong written and verbal communication as well as being commercially savvy and numerate. The basic annual salary for this role is competitive. In addition to the basic salary, there is a performance related bonus. Your basic holiday allowance is 28 days inclusive of bank holidays, on top of that we are happy to let you earn bonus days for a good job well done. A full driving licence and access to a car is preferential for this role as you will be required to attend appointments all over Boston and the surrounding areas.
