My client based in the Lincolnshire is looking for an experienced Project Worker to work in young peoples services. As a Project Worker, your role will involve a range of duties including single, homeless or unsuitably housed, ex-offenders or those who are at risk of offending, aged between 18 - 64 who have low to medium support needs. You will be: - Working with young people offering creative and initiative supported opportunities for them to improve their quality of life develop their skills and make decisions about their future.- Assisting colleagues in their work with young people and their families, helping to identify needs and to assist in working towards achieving positive outcome.- Ensuring that, where applicable, housing and property management tasks are effectively undertaking in line with procedure and targets. Ensure that properties comply with the organisations property standards and are well maintained and equipped, undertaking all the required health & safety checks, taking any necessary redial action and carrying out minor DIY tasks. Working on a rota between 8am and 11pm including weekend work average of 40 hours per weekThis role is on a temp on going basis paying at GBP10.30PH. Driving licence is essential for this role and DBS Check required You would need at least one year's professional experience of working in a social housing setting.
