Hays Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a leading service based company in the Lincoln area. Following internal promotion, the need to recruit an experienced Accounts Team Leader has arisen.
The role will see you taking responsibility for providing an efficient and compliant Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices/credit notes and generation of Invoices/credit notes, prompt query resolution, ensure accuracy of Supplier & Customer master data, customer and supplier statement reconciliations, processing of payments, allocation of cash, bank reconciliations and other routine treasury functions as required.
You will be responsible for a small highly motivated team in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
You will have recent proven ledger management and VAT experience gained in a commercial and fast paced environment, you will have proven man-management skills and a high level of Excel ability. The successful candidate will be a confident and driven individual with excellent communication and man-management skills.
