Job Title: Social Media Executive Location: Boston, Lincolnshire Salary: Competitive Job Type : Full Time, Permanent The company is Europe's leading manufacturer of recycled inkjets and toner cartridges based in Boston, Lincolnshire. With the capacity to produce over 2.5 million manufactured cartridges per month, they have established a strong position in the printer supplies market with customers in over 40 different countries. They now have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Executive to join their in-house marketing team. The purpose of this role is to strengthen our client's social media strategy across all their brands, managing the company's presence across Twitter, Facebook, Google , LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other mediums. The responsibilities will include: Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging, and audience identification. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful posts, tailored to each platform, in order to increase followers and engagement. Optimise existing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content. Manage a content calendar and day-to-day activities on social media channels. Work with the marketing team to create promotional calendars. Develop social media content strategy in line with targeted advertising campaigns and SEO strategy. Collaborate with other departments (customer services, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. Recommend and utilise social analytic tools to track, evaluate and improve performance of the social media activity and produce key reports. Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring with other departments. The Candidate Our client's ideal candidate will have some or all of the following attributes: Experience in social media marketing and in using the Hootsuite platform specifically. Experience in paid social media targeted advertising. A high level of written & spoken English. Good communication skills; writing, editing & presentation. Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of marketing channels. Positive attitude, good attention to detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
