My client based in the Lincolnshire is looking for TWO experienced Project Worker to work in young peoples services. As a Project Worker, your role will involve a range of duties including single, homeless or unsuitably housed, ex-offenders or those who are at risk of offending, aged between 18 - 64 who have low to medium support needs. You will be: - Working with young people offering creative and initiative supported opportunities for them to improve their quality of life develop their skills and make decisions about their future. - Assisting colleagues in their work with young people and their families, helping to identify needs and to assist in working towards achieving positive outcome. - Experience of managing overnight security, in a residential housing project for excluded groups, including vulnerable/young people. - Experience of monitoring CCTV systems and managing health and safety issues. Working 4 shifts on 4 off starting time 10.45pm - 8.15 am, this is a waking night post average of 33.5 hours per week. This role is on a temp on going basis paying at £10.15PH. Driving licence is essential for this role and DBS Check required You would need at least one year's professional experience of working in a social housing setting.
