We are currently looking to recruit a Standard Service Sales Support Managerto join our Sales team based in Lincoln supporting our Aftermarket Oil and Gas business. We have an opportunity for an individual to work in a friendly team environment, responsible order intake, including the tendering of Standard service Business (SSB)sales products for identified prospects, inconjuction with a Regional Sales Manager / Team. SSB products are considered to be Spare parts, Field Service, Repairs, Minor and Major Overhauls. What are my responsibilities? - Responsible for the sale and tendering activities for SSB service lines on allocated / identified sales prospects (PM10 to PM80), as well as any communication with customers to achieve the sales realization - Responsible for order intake forecast on allocated / identified sales prospects. - Responsible for the SSB Hit rate (Quote to order) on quoted prospects - Responsible for the as sold GM and Ebit on quoted prospects - Coordination with supply chain management for the demand forecast planning. Via accurate forecast on SFDC on quoted prospects. - Management of commercial issues and basic negotiations with allocated customers and quoted prospects - Responsible for data quality on SFDC to create the SSB sales forecast - Responsible for quotation response time on allocated prospects - Responsible for Hit rate on allocated prospects - Participation on the Out of office programme What do I need to qualify for this job? - Good understanding of Siemens Gas Turbines, driven units and associated equipment - Basic negotiation skills and experience selling service products - Good knowledge of all Parts and Overhauls products (Chargeable, LTP, Parts with Main Engines, Overhauls etc) - Solid commercial and financial knowledge (T&C, GM, debt etc), problem solving and creative thinking with quality and efficiency being the main focus - Excellent organization skills - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Must be able to work as a team member - Awareness of different cultures and customs - This is an entry level for Service Sales LI-MS Siemens provides innovative solutions to help tackle the UK's major challenges.
