MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (MOVING TO TEAM LEADEER) LINCOLNSHIRE £32K DAYS Our client, a market leading food packaging company has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and technically minded maintenance engineer to join their expanding team. This role has a clear path for progression, with continuous training you will become a team leader after a full probationary period. With continued high levels of research and development, the company is consistently at the forefront of new technology. Working in a fully automated environment you will working on a vast array of machinery. This is an exciting opportunity for an electrically biased engineer looking for a technically challenging role within a well-established, growing company. Role & Responsibilities Dealing with front line breakdowns with the guidance and support of the existing team. Supporting maintenance schedules and budgets Follows procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness Assists with implementing plant improvements and expansions Maintains and updates operating and training for the maintenance department Maintains safety, health and environmental policies and procedures Person Specification Previous experience in a maintenance engineer capacity Knowledge and experience of hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to read and fault find on engineering drawings (mechanical/electrical) Knowledge of maintenance processes Proven evidence of a hands on approach in previous roles Relevant qualification or equivalent in experience Company Profile Market leading food packaging company High levels of R&D Highly regarded and known for having some of the best products on the market In return for your commitment my client offers a stable and secure career for technically motivated engineers.
