Supply Manager - Standard Service
Standard Service Business Supply Manager We are recruiting a "Standard Service Business Supply Manager" to join our Project management team based in Lincoln supporting our Aftermarket Oil and Gas business within Siemens. We have an opportunity for an individual to work in a friendly team environment, being responsible for the delivery managmentSSB products,including the ont time delivery,revenue recognition and forecaston given orders, Non conformancecost, disputed debtas well as gross margin adn ebit for allocated orders / contracts. SSB products are considered to be Spare parts (Chargeable and LTP),Repairs, Minor and Major Overhauls What are my responsibilities? - Responsible for the delivery and management of SSB orders (PM100 to PM670), as well as any communication with customers related to the delivery of parts and contractual obligations on allocated contracts - Responsible for the trading forecast on the allocated contracts as well as OTD - Responsible for the management of NCCs on the allocated contracts - Responsible for the management of disputed debt - Responsibility for the GM and Ebit on allocated contracts - Active involvement on the development of processes and continuous improvement. - Project management of commercial issues and disputes with customers on allocated contracts - Management of small department projects - Participation on the Out of office programme What do I need to qualify for this job? - Good understanding of Siemens Small Gas Turbines,driven units and associated equipment - Basic negotiation skill andexperienceexecuting small projects - Goodknowledge of all Parts and Overhauls products (Chargeable, LTP, Parts with Main Engines, Overhauls etc) - Solidcommercial andfinancialknowldedge (T&C, GM, debt etc), problem solving and creative thinking with quality and efficiency being the main focus - Excelent organization skills - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Must be able to work as a team member - Awareness of different cultures and customs - This is an entry level forProject Managementroles within SITL Professional experience / Qualifications - Preferable to have experience within a gas turbine related industry with a commercial or project management background. - Degree in project management, industrial engineering or equivalent This role forms part of the Siemens Energy Sector and is the world's leading supplier of products, services and solutions for power generation.
