About the Company: Our Client is a large company within the Lincoln area and they are recruiting for a Nutritional Specialist to join their dedicated team. Job overview: The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who can provide reliable and sound nutritional advice on our Company products. You will play a key role in researching, developing, marketing and advising across our market leading product range. You will ultimately be our brand ambassador developing our brand reputation and credibility. Job overview: ? Nutritional Advice ? Provide extensive, in depth product knowledge from a nutritional perspective ? Become a publicised ambassador for the Company brand and products ? Provide support, guidance and quality advice to all sections of the business as and when required ? Design, develop and conduct training workshops and seminars to our Customer Service and Sales Advisors on product knowledge with a view to increase up-sell and cross-sell opportunities ? Document a nutritional directory to be used Company wide ? Contribute to the Marketing strategy by supplying professional advocacy building brand authority and reinforcement ? Research new products, trending articles, and interpret them with a commercial understanding ? Apply role to various locations off site as and when required ? Miscellaneous ad hoc duties where applicable ? Product Management and development ? Assist with new product labels and updates plus manage the Implementation of them. About you: ? A relevant degree or equivalent and appropriate professional qualifications in Nutritional Science, Dietetics or Food Science or similar ? Have a keen interest in the impact of supplements on health ? Excellent knowledge of key ingredients in supplements ? Experience of using social media platforms ? Creative writing skills ? Able to build relationships and happy to share knowledge with colleagues ensuring collaboration and business partnering ? High work standards; ? Good communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority and liaise effectively with other departments ? Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
