Our client in Lincoln is looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for all things digital who can display excellent knowledge of search engine optimisation and the relevant technologies associated with Digital Marketing. Your overall job role will involve joining the Digital Marketing Team to achieve e-commerce acquisition and retention through SEO specifically content, social media, outreach and link building. Requirements of the Role: - You will need to have gained previous commercial experience in an SEO, Content & Social Media environment; - You will have excellent knowledge of different web analytic tools; - You will have strong on-page and off-page optimisation skills. Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy - inclusive of: - Content - Social media - Outreach - Technical SEO - Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimise existing content and uncover new opportunities; - Responsible for Content Strategy and its implementation in coordination with SEO goals - Responsible for Social Media Strategy & Campaigns - Keep pace with SEO, social media and Internet marketing industry trends and development - Monitor and evaluate search rankings and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings - Outsource and manage article writing to relevant journalists and bloggers - Website Optimization (title tags, Meta descriptions, etc.) - Large content audits/revamps & technical site audits Personal Qualities and Specific Skills: - Experiences in administration of content in CMS environments - An enthusiastic and logical problem solver - High attention to detail - Numerate with good ability to spot trends and extract learning's from data - PC proficient with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Exposure to Web Analytics tools and the ability to analyse and action improvements If you would like to apply for this position, please reply with your CV.
