Newly created, permanent opportunity for a Project Process Engineer based in Lincolnshire.

Your new company
A well-established high volume manufacturing business that supply products to major retailers across the UK.

Your new role
Within this newly created role you will work closely with the Development Engineer to drive forward improvements to the manufacturing areas, this will include reviewing the improving current process flows, training employees on new work instructions that support optimum machine processes and analysis of repeat problems that can be shared with the maintenance team to reach resolutions. You will also work on the implementation of new equipment from procurement through to successful commissioning and optimisation. Working alongside other departments in the business you will also work on new product trials, raw material trails and supplier liaison in support of material specifications and manufacturing process.

To be successful in the role, you must be a progressive thinker, who has a positive attitude and is driven to succeed. You will have the strength of character to challenge the status quo and the foresight to recommend solutions. This role will see you working with people from across the business in different areas and levels, as such you must be an excellent communicator who can easily engage with people.
