FMCG Connect is pleased to be working with an international FMCG company looking for Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager on a interim basis, to help growing demand The successful applicant will have four or more years of Brand FMCG experience and will be reporting into the Marketing Manager. Responsibilities Responsible for daily running of key branded projects within the business to ensure they remain on time and within budget Lead cross functional project teams to deliver EPD, NPD and cost saving branded projects Lead the artwork & launch process from a brand perspective, working closely with design agencies and printers Developing and delivering the brand communication strategy, managing the day to day PR, social media and digital execution with external agencies Responsible for co-ordinating all consumers shows and providing a supporting role for trade exhibitions Working closely with sales team to implement shopper marketing activities, POS, trade adverting and promotional support Sharing regular brand updates with all colleagues Management of marketing budget with support of ABM, providing month end summaries to SBM Planning and creation of branded presentations both internally and externally for communication of NPD launches and activity plans Responding to ad hoc requests and/or take an active role in specific projects as agreed Essentials Minimum 4 years experience in brand marketing in FMCG environment Key understanding of digital and social media marketing Engaging and creative - great communicator and team player who is not afraid to get involved or speak up A passion for consumers and marketing Strong project management, planning and delivery skills Able to show ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Good commercial and brand management acumen Critical thinking
