This is a complete HR Generalist role supporting 2 sites across the UK, based Lincolnshire 4 days and covering Bristol one day per week. The successful person will need to ensure that their sites achieve and maintain a competitive commercial advantage through their people. Client Details A people and customer centric driven business. Description The objective of the HR Manager is to support the group strategy by creating the right behaviours, culture and process to support the leadership team in their growth agenda. Implement a people strategy that supports growth mission Develop and implement HR policies to support business goals in the organisation Develop a strategic approach to engagement, recruitment and retention Design and deliver management development programs that support the management team to effective manage their people and get the best performance Drive engagement and internal communications Drive effective employee relations and performance management across the business whilst coaching and supporting managers Establish HR KPI's and reporting criteria Develop and strengthen the employer brand to secure succession. Ensure a consistent message, policy and process Support and lead various ad-hoc projects as dictated by the needs of the business unit e.g. TUPE, Restructures, etc. Develop a small HR team Continue to building relationships with the unions Profile The HR Manager role is fundamental in supporting the growth agenda of the business. You will need to be a strong relationship builder, customer focused, a good coach and a change agent.
