They currently have a Commercial Executive vacancy within one of their prestigious Commercial Teams working across several dynamic categories including party food, picnic snacking and ambient grocery. This exciting role requires a confident, approachable and extremely customer service focused individual, possibly of graduate calibre with a few years experience behind them working in an FMCG commercial environment. This position would be ideal for someone who is looking to take the next steps in their career towards becoming a Commercial Manager and Senior Commercial Manager. It is essential that you are an excellent communicator; highly motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels. Your ability to influence both internal and external contacts will be crucial in driving the categories forward and allowing the further development of their Joint Business Plan. Equally, you will have excellent presentation skills including PowerPoint skills and pay great attention to detail. You will also be able to work consistently whilst under pressure in a challenging environment. This role will be based out of the customer hub which is our site in Boston, Lincolnshire. They envisage the role to be based at Boston 2/3 days a week with the balance to be made up of travel to other sites and the customer.
