EBP has an exciting opportunity for a CRMS Administrator to join their team based in Lincoln. You will be on a full time permanent basis and receive a competitive salary.
Do you have an eye for detail and have the ability to analyse data? The EBP are currently recruiting for a talented CRMS Administrator (Customer Relationship Management Software) to work within our fast paced Contracts team.

Responsibilities of our CRMS Administrator
You will be the first point of call for any queries and be primarily responsible for The EBP’s CRMS system including the day to day management of data for all EBP contracts. In this role you will also be required to analyse data trends and research new ways to interrogate the data and report these to managers.
Skills needed to become our CRMS Administrator
- Experience of using Salesforce
- Be a logical thinker and a natural problem solver
- Ability to train new and existing staff
- Assisting with technical solutions
- Excellent Excel skills
- HNC in computer science or equivalent
- Proven experience in database management
