EXAMINATIONS TEAM LEADER
You will be responsible for team leading, supervising and day to day management of the Examinations Team. In addition, you will supervise the work of the Examinations Team on a day to day basis, allocating and prioritising tasks to the team to ensure that deadlines are met in a timely manner and work is processed in line with the Examinations Teams Service Level Agreement. You will be responsible for the production of the Examinations timetable, liaising with internal and external customers in person, on the telephone and via email/letters, providing a high level of customer service, and submitting results and registrations to awarding organisations. The ideal candidate will have examinations experience, or relevant administrative experience, preferably in a further education establishment. You will also have significant practical experience of using software packages, including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, internet and email and practical experience of organising events, room bookings etc. You will possess a HNC in Business or equivalent and have the ability to work on your own initiative and have the ability to work to and meet tight deadlines, whilst having excellent organisation skills.
