RealBee Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Assistant Buyer for their respected client based in Lincoln. This is a temporary 6 month FTC. Duties of the Assistant Buyer include: Supporting the Strategic Purchasing team in a range of administrative and practical tasks, to assist in ensuring the availability of aircraft parts and services Obtaining and analysing quotations for required goods and services Preparing and issuing purchase/repair/work orders and expediting orders to ensure goods and services are supplied as requested, all whilst adhering to export related regulations Update and monitor the completion status of the Task Register Input and maintain accurate part pricing as directed by the Team Leader and monitor the timely clearance of goods inwards delays, resolving the rejected items as required Skills/Experience required of the Assistant Buyer: It is essential that you are educated to GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C (or equivalent) Supply Chain experience preferable. Proficient in using Microsoft packages: Word, Excel and Outlook Have the ability to independently take ownership of initiatives and deliver effectively with little supervision, whilst forming positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Desirable to be working towards CIPS Qualification RealBee Recruitment Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and is an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
