Senior Quantity Surveyor - Rail - Scunthorpe - £45K - 50K Package - Subcontractor My client, a subcontractor who have guaranteed contracts with many large M&E/Comms contractors to deliver packages including infrastructure across the UK on over ground and underground rail networks are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will be expected to manage a number of projects up to the value of £15 Million, reporting directly in to the Commercial Director. You will also be expected to manage others. Based in their Office in Scunthorpe, this is a great opportunity for someone to step up in to a Senior QS role who has some experience of managing others in the past. Principal Duties & Accountabilities: The production of valuations and preparation, submission and substantiation of final accounts. General subcontract administration Prepare and present relevant financial information to create accurate presentation regarding contracts and expected timescales Assisting sub-project teams with day-to-day commercial activities including resolution of subcontract notifications Identification of risks and provide draft contract notifications for issue to the Commercial Manager Key Experience / Qualifications required: Rail systems subcontractor background HNC / HND in Quantity Surveying or similar.
