If you have a keen interest in analysis and are able to take data and figures and translate them into actionable insight then this could be the role for you. Operating in a £1.8bn market place, utilising both the Interflora and Flying Flowers brands, Interflora Services is tasked with developing B2B relationships with third party floral gift retailers and corporate bodies who are looking for flower and gift solutions. Our principal customers are florists, grocers, online retailers, funeral directors and corporate businesses. As the Digital Analyst, you will report directly to the Head of Category Management and will be responsible for the reporting and analysis of all aspects of digital analytics for the Interflora Services Category Team. You will build and deliver a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to maintain and grow the commercial performance of key digital solutions and digital marketing campaigns provided for and to our floral retail customers. You will translate complex analysis into concise, accurate and easily understood insight into the trading performance of our digital solutions and digital marketing campaigns making firm recommendations. Required Experience In order to be successful in this role, you will need: • Proven experience in an analytical role • Skills in using analytical tools • Experience of working in an ecommerce environment • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail • Good communication and prioritisation skills Candidates that have worked in Marketing or have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles will be preferred.
