We are recruiting for a Retention Marketing Executive in our Interflora Consumer team to help understand our customers and to design ways of managing and increasing their loyalty. In this exciting, varied and analytical role you’ll get to work closely with members of the Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, Product Development and Web teams as well as other staff across the Company. As a Retention Marketing Executive you’ll support the Customer Marketing Manager with developing marketing strategies and plans. It will also involve executing direct marketing techniques including; direct mail, email and SMS, amongst others. As a Retention Marketing Executive you’ll also take responsibility for managing the Interflora Gold and Platinum offerings to our customers. In order to be a great success in this role, you’ll need: • Experience of retention/loyalty marketing, email marketing and direct marketing • Experience of working with marketing agencies • Experience of working successfully in an analytical role • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Strong verbal reasoning, numeracy skills and a good attention to detail Ideally, candidates will have, or be working towards, a formal marketing qualification, such as CIM but that isn’t an essential requirement.
