We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need. Ashfield Lodge is a newly refurbished, purpose built nursing home and day centre located in the quiet market town of Sleaford. The small and intimate home accommodates up to 20 people and provides support for people with mental health and physical needs who require assistance and care. The home provides day care in a dedicated centre with a kitchen, lounge diner and a well-equipped activities room. The homely and comfortable environment has been finished to a high standard and the attractive enclosed gardens and patio provide residents with a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The home is easily accessible either by road or by rail and is located just a short walk or drive from the town centre. Confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous nursing experience in older peoples care homes and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team. Your caring and professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
